Leanne Templeman has been our Preschool Manager since 2018 and has worked within our setting for over 15 years. She is the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and holds qualifications as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) and in Paediatric First Aid.

Throughout her time with us, Leanne has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing high-quality early years education and ensuring that every child is given the opportunity to reach their full potential. With nine years of experience as our SEN Coordinator, she has developed a deep understanding of inclusive practice and the importance of early intervention.

Leanne leads by example, fostering a positive, nurturing environment for both children and staff. She is particularly passionate about creative learning experiences, often engaging children in craft activities that inspire imagination and curiosity.

Outside of her managerial role, Leanne plays an active part in our community through her dedication to fundraising for our charity-run preschool. She is also a proud mother of two adult children.
